Aunt Mary Solitaire
This engaging solitaire variant shares similarities with Yukon Solitaire but introduces several subtle differences that may necessitate adjustments in your strategy. At the outset, six tableau piles are dealt, each with a specific number of face-up cards: the first pile has six, the second five, continuing in this pattern until the last pile contains only one face-up card. The remaining cards form the stock pile. The primary goal is to successfully move all cards into four foundation piles, built upward from A to K, matching suits. In this game, tableau piles are arranged so that they are built down by alternating colors, allowing you to transfer sequences of face-up cards from one tableau pile to another under the appropriate rules. When a tableau pile becomes empty, it can only be filled with a King, maintaining the game’s challenge. You can also reveal and move one card from the stock pile onto a tableau pile, provided it adheres to the building rules. Additionally, cards from either the stock or tableau may be moved to the foundation piles if they meet the ascending and suit-matching criteria. Once the stock pile is exhausted, no redeals are permitted, requiring careful planning and strategic use of your moves. With a combination of calculated analysis and a bit of luck, you can aim to transfer all the cards into the foundation piles. Successfully doing so not only clears the table but also increases your score, making this game both challenging and rewarding for enthusiasts seeking a strategic solitaire experience.
